OK, so the opening reception for Yum! is Saturday, October 10th, from 4-6 pm, at High Point, at Carpenter and Greene, in Philly, and looks to be a grand old time, consisting of sweets baked up by Meg Hagele's Crack Culinary Team, libations, and a staggering array of new food art works created specifically for the show. There could quite possibly also be wonderfully festive and melodic Japanese Food-Pop Music playing, but, please, don't let that stop anybody from coming, please. Alright, I won't play any, fine. But I'll be there, and so should you.
It's a bit of art show naming that may seem to border on trademark infringement, but really only pays homage by acknowledging this titling awesomeness, which I'm also part of. Show opens October 1st, and goes through November 30th. Halloween season will never look yummier, I can almost guarantee. Oh, heck, I guarantee it. See you on the 10th.

Wish we could attend; looks like a fun time!
ReplyDeleteAw, I wish you could, too; It's been too long.
