Clock's Ticking!: An Emic Rizzle Update

Here's an updated concept drawing for our Kickstarter Book Project Emic Rizzle, Tinkerer (With Final Image Above Rough Sketch). Thanks so much to those who have checked out the pitch, and helped out! I wanted to include a little note from the project's author, Mary Ann Domanska, that was recently sent out to those on the Emic mailing list:

I wanted to fill you in on its progress.  As of tonight it is at 32% funded.  That's about $2,000 so far!  I am thrilled by the support I've received so far.  (Thank you!)

But I need to keep the love coming my way.  I have 17 days to go to reach my goal or I get $0.

Recently, I have been communicating with a well established author in L.A. who told me if my project is successful it WILL get noticed by agents.  If it is not, that will get noticed, too.

We're almost to the half way point.  I'm hoping to gather a little more steam.  Because this is "crowdfunding" it means if lots of people become Backers of this creative project for even the smallest amounts of money it really does add up!
Even better, you'll have bragging rights to say you helped to make this happen!

If you haven't visited my page in a while you'll see some great new illustrations by the terrific artist Mark Mattson!
Also, be sure to check out my Rewards located to the right of the screen.  Who doesn't like rewards, right?

Of course, I encourage you to share my link with others if you are willing.  The bigger the net I cast, the more chances I  have of finding supporters.  I really want to make this happen and with a little more help I can.
Thanks!

PS If you make a pledge, you don't have to sign up or join anything.  It can be in any amount, not just what's listed for rewards.  It's all done through Amazon if you already have an account.  Also, your information is not shared with anyone.

Okay, so almost halfway there! Wow! But only 17 days left, eek! Remember, the way Kickstarter works, is if projects don't reach their goal by the end of the month, they receive $0! So there's that. Yeesh, the pressure.
